Michael Longhurst’s new staging celebrates its official opening tonight
The Donmar Warehouse has released production shots for its current revival of Noël Coward’s Private Lives.
The 1930 comedy revolves around a divorced couple who, while on their respective honeymoons with their new spouses, discover that they are staying in adjacent rooms at the same hotel.
Under the helm of artistic director Michael Longhurst, the cast is led by Stephen Mangan as Elyot, Rachael Stirling as Amanda, Laura Carmichael as Sibyl and Sargon Yelda as Victor.
The production features designs by Hildegard Bechtier, lighting by Jack Knowles and casting direction by Anna Cooper.
Private Lives continues its run through to 27 May.
