The show’s opening night took place at Trafalgar Studios last night
Stars attended the opening night party for Killer Joe, starring Orlando Bloom, in the West End last night.
Daisy Lewis, Tom Fletcher, Giovanna Fletcher and more turned out to celebrate the revival of Tracy Letts' disturbing thiller, which was adapted into a film in 2011 starring Matthew McConaughey.
Bloom stars as Killer Joe, alongside Sophie Cookson as Dottie, Neve McIntosh as Sharla, Steffan Rhodri as Ansel and Adam Gillen as Chris. The piece tells of a policeman-cum-hired killer who has been employed by a family to do away with their mother.
In her review of the show for WhatsOnStage, Sarah Crompton called the play 'a queasily peculiar work', saying 'there is no denying the play's power to provoke and to hold the audience in a fierce grip.'
