Musical Con will return next October.

The two-day event will take place at ExCeL London on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2026 as it marks its fifth anniversary. The event, described by organisers as the world’s biggest musical theatre fan convention, draws more than 10,000 attendees each year and brings together performers and creatives from the West End, Broadway and film musicals. Early Bird tickets are now on sale, priced at £45 for a day ticket and £75 for the weekend.

The 2025 edition, which took place earlier this year, featured appearances from original cast members of Starlight Express, a joint performance of “As Long As He Needs Me” by Shanay Holmes and Kerry Ellis, concert sets from Eva Noblezada and Reeve Carney, and reunions from casts including Bonnie & Clyde, Clueless and Heathers. Organisers say the 2026 event will include expanded programming and the largest opening and closing ceremonies the convention has staged.

Co-founder Holmes said today: “There are so many things that make this event unique, but it’s the fans who make it magical. Musical Con is such a joyous, inclusive space where the entire community comes together – it is their home, the place where they belong, and we are incredibly proud of that. Five years is an amazing milestone, and we’re going to give it the celebration it truly deserves!”

Details of special guests, programming and anniversary plans will be announced in the lead-up to the event.
