Mamma Mia! has announced its new West End cast, who will take over at the Novello Theatre from 6 October 2025.

Sara Poyzer returns to the role of Donna, having played the part for over 12 years in the West End, on tour and internationally. She takes over from Mazz Murray, who has been in the role since 2019.

Poyzer is joined by Nicky Swift as Rosie, Richard Standing as Sam, Daniel Crowder as Harry, Tamlyn Henderson as Bill, Ellie Kingdon as Sophie, George Maddison as Sky, Chloe Gentles as Ali, Foxy Valentine as Lisa, Joshua de La-Garde as Eddie and Benjamin Dawson as Pepper. Kate Graham continues as Tanya, while Emma Odell moves from the ensemble to cover Donna at certain performances.

Other returning company members include Franky Attard, Matthew Barrow, Jack Bromage, Maddy Cameron, Dennis Cousins, Andrew Gallo, Lawrence Guntert, Genevieve Jameson, Tom Parsons and Maisie Waller. They will be joined by Ella Beaumont, Joseph Craig, Josh Crowther, George Hinson, Laura Jayne-Hardie, Deena Kapadia, Matthew Mori, Meghan Peploe-Williams, Emily Squibb and Ria Turner.

The musical, which marked its 26th anniversary earlier this year, is now the third longest-running West End show of all time. Since its 1999 premiere, it has been seen by over 70 million people worldwide and adapted into two hit films.

A new UK tour will launch on 24 October 2025 at Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre.

With music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, Mamma Mia! features a book by Catherine Johnson, direction by Phyllida Lloyd and choreography by Anthony Van Laast.

The show has also extended its booking period until 26 September 2026.
