The 2015 HighTide Festival will run in Aldeburgh over the new dates of 10 to 20 September.

Artistic director Steven Atkinson said: "Eight years on from when we first founded it at The Cut in Halesworth, the HighTide Festival has exceeded our greatest aspirations and expectations.

"Halesworth gave us the opportunity to build up both work and audiences and we look forward to sustaining those relationships in the seaside town of Aldeburgh."

The 2015 festival will see HighTide continue its partnership with Soho Theatre, including the introduction of a comedy strand to the festival.

HighTide will also work with young people in and around Aldeburgh throughout the year as well as offering a range of workshops and activities during the festival.

A press statement said: "Our exciting relocation to Aldeburgh helps HighTide to better execute its aims, will give the Festival the opportunity to grow and diversify, and we hope offer audiences both established and new a great experience."
