As previously tipped, Hay Fever starring Felicity Kendal is transferring to the West End later this year.

Lindsay Posner's revival will run at the Duke of York's Theatre from 29 April to 1 August, 2015. The production was first seen at the Theatre Royal, Bath last summer and subsequently toured Australia.

Kendal's recent West End appearances have included Ayckbourn's Relatively Speaking, Coward's The Vortex and Bernard Shaw's Mrs Warren's Profession.

In Hay Fever she plays former actress Judith, matriarch of Noel Coward's notorious Bliss family. Together with her husband David, an egocentric novelist, and Sorel and Simon, their two Bohemian adult children – the family are incapable of sharing the spotlight.

Further casting is still to be announced. In Bath Kendal starred alongside Simon Shepherd and Michael Simkins.
