Jemma Kennedy’s breakthrough play comes to the Hampstead Theatre
Photos have been released offering a first look at the cast of Genesis Inc in rehearsals for the show's opening at Hampstead Theatre later this month.
Directed by Laurie Sansom, Jemma Kennedy's comedy follows a series of relationships in the midst of the privatisation of human reproduction and humanity's attempts to defy biology.
The show stars double BAFTA winner Harry Enfield, Arthur Darvill, Oliver Alvin-Wilson, Ritu Arya, Kirsty Besterman, Laura Howard, Shobu Kapoor, Clare Perkins and Arthur Wilson. Enfield, who comes to the Hampstead for the first time, plays roles including God and Karl Marx in the production.
Genesis Inc has design by Jess Curtis, lighting by Oliver Fenwick, composition by Zara Nunn, sound by Gareth Fry, video by Ian William Galloway and movement by Georgina Lamb.
