Full casting announced for Old Vic's High Society

Full casting for has been announced for the Old Vic's upcoming revival of classic Cole Porter musical High Society.

Joining the previously announced Kate Fleetwood (Tracy Lord), Barbara Flynn (Margaret Lord), Jamie Parker (Mike Connor), Annabel Scholey and Rupert Young are: Ellie Bamber (Dinah Lord), Richard Grieve (George Kittredge), Christopher Ravenscroft (Seth Lord) and Jeff Rawle (Uncle Willie).

The production, directed by Maria Friedman, will be staged in the round and run from 30 April to 22 August 2015.

High Society is based on The Philadelphia Story and the 1956 film musical starring Bing Crosby, Grace Kelly and Frank Sinatra.

The Cole Porter musical tells the story of Long Island socialite Tracy Lord and her three suitors and features songs including "Who Wants to Be A Millionaire?", "True Love" and "Well, Did You Evah!".

Friedman has previously directed the award-winning Menier Chocolate Factory production of Merrily We Roll Along. Her acting credits include Sweeney Todd, The Woman in White and Ragtime.
