Jasper Britton stars in the musical based on the life of Dickens’ petulant festive figure
Exclusive production photos of Scrooge the Musical have been released, ahead of the show's opening night at Leicester Curve tomorrow.
The classic musical, which stars Jasper Britton in the titular role, runs at the venue until 7 January, with direction by Leicester Curve artistic director Nikolai Foster and design by Michael Taylor.
The piece has Oscar-nominated music and lyrics by Leslie Bricusse, based on those featured in the 1970 film of the same name. This new production celebrates the show's 25th anniversary, with the show opening at the Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham in 1992.
Scrooge the Musical opens at Leicester Curve on 23 November and runs until 7 January, with previews from now.
