Casting announced for The Children at Royal Court

Casting has been announced for The Children at the Royal Court in November.

Lucy Kirkwood's new play tells the story of two nuclear scientists who retire to an isolated seaside cottage when an old friend arrives with a frightening request.

Ron Cook (Faith Healer) will play Robin, Francesca Annis (The Machine) will play Rose and Deborah Findlay (Top Girls) will play Hazel.

The play, which opens on 24 November, will be directed by James Macdonald with design by Miriam Buether and lighting by Peter Mumford.

The Children will open at the Royal Court on 24 November, with previews from 17 November.
