Based on the 2005 film, the stage adaptation stars Tracie Bennett and Emma Williams
Mrs Henderson Presents opened at the Noel Coward Theatre last night with guests including Paul O'Grady and Barbara Windsor on hand to help the cast celebrate their West End transfer.
The musical, which premiered at the Theatre Royal Bath last year, tells the true story of an eccentric widow who ran a nude revue at the Windmill Theatre in London's Soho in the 1940s, and stars Olivier Award-winner Tracie Bennett, Emma Williams and Ian Bartholomew.
Other guests in attendance included TV presenter Penny Smith and comedian Barry Cryer.
