The Royal Academy of Music and University of London have announced their latest Honours.

British stage and screen legend Imelda Staunton (Gypsy, Follies) and multi-Tony Award winner Audra McDonald (Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill) were made Honorary Members of the Royal Academy of Music.

Book of Mormon star Stephen Ashfield was named a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music, awarded to former Academy students who have distinguished themselves within the profession.

Several West End stars were made an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music, awarded to former students who have made a significant contribution to the music profession, they include Hamilton's Christine Allado, Bob Broad (Everybody's Talking About Jamie), Kate Marlais (Cameron Mackintosh resident composer), Laura Tebbutt (Fiddler on the Roof) and Alex Young (Follies).
