Jonathan Munby is set to direct a new revival of Arthur Miller’s The Price at the Marylebone Theatre this spring.

The drama follows two estranged brothers in New York, who meet to discuss the sale of their late father’s possessions. It premiered on Broadway in 1968 and was nominated for two Tony Awards.

Two-time Olivier Award winner Henry Goodman will star as Gregory Solomon in the new production, with further casting still to be announced.

Goodman commented: “Arthur Miller has an extraordinary ability to illuminate the private lives of families with honesty and humanity. The Price is a play I’ve long admired, so to play the life-enhancing Gregory Solomon is a gift. I’m thrilled to be returning to his work with Jonathan Munby at the Marylebone Theatre.”

Alongside Munby, the creative team includes designer Jon Bausor, lighting designer Anna Watson, sound designer Max Pappenheim, casting director Helena Palmer and associate director Eleanor Taylor.

Produced by Marylebone Theatre, Patrick Myles and David Luff, Alexander ‘Sandy’ Marshall, in association with Anthology Theatre and Tulchin Bartner Productions, The Price will run from 17 April to 7 June 2026, with a press night scheduled for 23 April.
