John Tiffany’s National Theatre of Scotland production opened to press in the West End last night
Based on the Swedish novel and cult-hit film by John Ajvide Lindqvist, the show follows the burgeoning relationship between Oskar, a lonely bullied teenage boy and Eli, a centuries old young vampire who befriends him.
John Tiffany's award-winning production recently ran at the Royal Court and stars newcomers Rebecca Benson and Martin Quinn.
Reviewing the production for WhatsOnStage, Michael Coveney writes: "Let the Right One In takes you to the edge of human experience, and perversity, with eye-opening candour, beauty and ingenuity."
Wow. Literally just watched horror film on stage, amazing! Think it gave mum heart failure. "It's a lot different to seeing musicals" #LTROI
