Production images have been released for Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown starring Tamsin Greig, which opens at the Playhouse Theatre this evening.

The musical, which premiered on Broadway in 2010, is adapted from Spanish director Pedro Almodovar's Oscar-nominated 1988 film of the same name. The story revolves around a professional movie dubber who discovers unsavoury secrets about her married lover after he abruptly abandons her.

The cast also includes Haydn Gwynne (Lucia), Willemijn Verkaik (Paulina), Seline Hizli (Marisa), Haydn Oakley (Carlos), Jerome Pradon (Ivan), Anna Skellern (Candella), Michael Matus, Dale Rapley, Sarah Moyle, Marianne Benedict, Alistair Natkiel, Nuno Queimado, Holly James and Rebecca McKinnis.
