Full casting has been announced for the concert production of Leonard Bernstein's On The Town, which occurs at the Royal Albert Hall on 25 August as part of this year's Proms.

Conducted by John Wilson and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, the concert comes on what would have been Leonard Bernstein's 100th birthday.

Joining the previously announced Louise Dearman and Nathaniel Hackmann in the production are Fra Fee who takes on the role of Chip, Celinde Schoenmaker and Nadim Naaman who take on the respective roles of Claire and Ozzie.

Siena Kelly, who starred in the Open Air Theatre production of On the Town, will play Ivy Smith, and Claire Moore portrays Madame Dilly. Bass and former English National Opera Harewood Artist Barnaby Rea will play First Workman/Judge Pitkin.

The classic musical follows three sailors in New York in 1944. It was an instant Broadway hit and features songs such as "New York, New York" and "Lonely Town".

The Prom begins at 7.30pm and will be broadcast live on BBC Four.
