Full casting announced for This Place We Know at the Bush

The season will run at various spaces surrounding the venue

Casting has been announced for This Place We Know, a programme of six newly commissioned plays about the Bush Theatre's local community.

Trevor White and Eleanor Matsuura will star in Terrorism by Kenny Emson at Room 56, Dorsett – the old Shepherd’s Bush Palladium and a former cinema, and Barney Norris' new play The Rest of Your Life at Bar FM will feature Waj Ali and Rakie Ayola.

Danny Ashok and Anjli Mohindra will star in Gbolahan Obisesan‘s play Zaida and Aadam at the Nubian Life Resource Centre, while Kate Maravan will perform Nancy Harris’ One Cold Dark Night at the Defector’s Weld pub.

St Stephen’s CE Primary School will play host to Agni Scott and Jeany Spark in Sabrina Mahfouz's Battleface, and April De AngelisNobody’s Listening will be performed by Paola Dionisotti at St Stephen’s Church.

The productions, which are taking place in borrowed spaces along Uxbridge Road while improvements to the theatre are made, run on various dates between 26 September and 15 October. Click here for more information.
