First look at Ed Harris and cast in Buried Child

Ed Harris stars in the revival of Sam Shepard’s play at Trafalgar Studios

Production images of Ed Harris and the rest of the cast in Buried Child have been released.

The show, which opens this week, stars Harris alongside Amy Madigan, Jeremy Irvine, Charlotte Hope and Barnaby Kay.

The play is written by Sam Shepherd and is about farmers Dodge and Halie struggling to keep their land and sanity. Real life husband and wife Harris and Madigan star as Dodge and Halie. The actors have four Oscar nominations between them, and starred in an off-Broadway revival of the play earlier this year.

The piece transferred from the Pershing Square Signature Center in New York, where it was staged by The New Group, the production company behind Jesse Eisenberg's The Spoils.
