A cast recording of Dreamgirls, featuring the original London cast, will be released in May.

The double-album was recorded live during a performance at the Savoy Theatre last month, and features hit songs from the musical including "And I am Telling You I’m Not Going", "I Am Changing", and "One Night Only".
"Listen" will be released as a single on 28 April.

Released on 12 May, the recording features Amber Riley who won the WhatsOnStage Award for Best Actress in a Musical, as Effie.

The cast also includes Liisi LaFontaine, Ibinabo Jack and Tyrone Huntley.

Dreamgirls charts the story of a female singing trio from Chicago called The Dreams in the '60s and '70s.

Dreamgirls is booking at the Savoy until October 2017.
