We popped into rehearsals for The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time to chat to new cast member Joseph Ayre.

Born and bred in Hull, Ayre joins the National Theatre’s production direct from a three year undergraduate course at East 15 Acting School.

Simon Stephens' adaptation of Mark Haddon's book won seven Olivier Awards in 2013, including Best Director, Best Design and Best New Play.

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is booking at the Gielgud Theatre until 18 February 2017.
