Neil Diamond Musical Finds Salvation at Gielgud???

Whatsonstage.com boss Terri Paddock is a Neil Diamond fan since childhood so she’s just a little too excited at the prospect, as tipped in today’s Daily Mail, that the Diamond compilation musical Brother Love’s Travelling Salvation Show may transfer to the West End’s Gielgud Theatre this autumn. Currently on an extensive tour, the musical stars Brian Conley, Darren Day and Ben James-Ellis and is directed and choreographed by Craig Revel Horwood. Terri wants us to remind you that singer-songwriter Diamond’s many hits have included “Sweet Caroline”, “Forever in Blue Jeans”, “Song Sung Blue”, “Love on the Rocks”, “Cracklin’ Rosie”, “I Am…I Said”, “Hello Again”, “America”, “Red Red Wine” (long before UB40), the musical’s title song and “Daydream Believer” and “I’m a Believer”, which he wrote for The Monkees.
