Encounters, the Bush's double bill of one-woman plays, opened last night and Friends star David Schwimmer who directed Dry Ice by Sabrina Mahfouz was at the after-party to celebrate the show's opening.

In Dry Ice Mahfouz - who worked as a waitress in a strip club for five years - plays a 24 year-old stripper and 18 other characters from the worlds of strip clubs and smart London dinner parties.

The companion piece is You're Not Like the Other Girls Chrissy, written and performed by Caroline Horton and directed by Omar Elerian. Set in January 1945 after the liberation of Paris the play features an eccentric and irrepressible girl recounting the story of her love affair with a tongue-tied English teacher from Staffordshire.
