By • West End
Last night (23 April 2012), members of Whatsonstage.com's Theatre Club attended an Outing to the West End transfer of Chichester Festival Theatre's double bill of Terence Rattigan's The Browning Version and David Hare's companion piece South Downs.

The productions, which were staged as part of Chichester's 2011 season, transfer to the Harold Pinter Theatre where they open tomorrow (24 April, previews from 19 April 2012).

South Downs is directed by Jeremy Herrin, The Browning Version by Chichester associate Angus Jackson.

Anna Chancellor plays Belinda Duffield in South Downs and Millie Crocker-Harris in The Browning Version. Nicholas Farrell plays Reverend Eric Dewley in South Downs and Andrew Crocker-Harris in The Browning Version.

Joining Chancellor and Farrell in the company are Jonathan Bailey, Andrew Woodall, Mark Umbers, Amanda Fairbank-Hynes, Bradley Hall, Rob Heaps, Alex Lawther and Liam Morton.

In addition to seeing the performance, Whatsonstage.com Theatre Club members will also enjoy an exclusive post-show Q&A with playwright David Hare and the directors of both productions. Whatsonstage.com will be live-tweeting the Q&A.
