1st Night Photos: Almeida Opens Eldridge’s Heart

David Eldridge’s new play The Knot of the Heart opened at the Almeida Theatre last night (17 March, previews from 10 March 2011). It tells the story of Lucy’s (Lisa Dillon) social drug habit becoming a serious addiction and casting a dark shadow over her future happiness.

Helmed by the theatre’s artistic director Michael Attenborough, the play also stars Abigail Cruttenden, Kieran Bew, Margot Leicester and Sophie Stanton. It continues until 30 April 2011.
