Theatregoers bid to present at Whatsonstage.com Awards

By • West End
Now that you’ve cast your vote, prepare to cast your bid! Inspired by our adopted charity Stage One, whose West End Lots auction continues until 24 February at auction.stageone.uk.com, we’re auctioning off a truly unmissable experience of our own: the chance to present one of this year’s trophies onstage at the 2012 Whatsonstage.com Awards Concert, which is presented in association with Time Out, on Sunday 19 February 2012 at the West End’s Prince of Wales Theatre.

The lucky theatregoer will join an illustrious onstage line-up – just announced – that includes Sheridan Smith, Brian May, Kerry Ellis, Michael Ball, Hannah Waddingham, Sharon D Clarke, Lauren Ward, Sarah Lancashire, Bill Ward, Ben Goddard, Sean Palmer, Sophie Evans, Dean Chisnall and many others, not to mention the folks collecting awards on the night….

Don’t worry about getting tongue-tied. Whatsonstage.com managing and editorial director Terri Paddock will be by your side to brief you. You’ll just need to present the prize to the selected Award winner, shake their hand and then join them backstage in the press room for pictures. (And maybe an autograph?)

The prize package also includes two premium-price tickets, two complimentary souvenir programmes, interval champagne, copies of your press room photos for your scrapbook and two invitations to the exclusive post-show party at Baby Grand at Freedom, Wardour Street.

Bidding starts at £400 and continues on eBay until 4pm on Wednesday 15 February!!
