Photos: Critics’ Circle Award winners celebrate

The winners were announced today of the 2012 Critics’ Circle Awards, with winners Adrian Lester, Lolita Chakrabarti, Simon Russell Beale, Lucy Prebble and Hattie Morahan among those collecting awards.

The subsidised theatre sector swept the board, with the Young Vic
enjoying particular success with three awards. Shakespeare’s Globe also
received special recognition for its Globe to Globe season, which saw it stage all 37 of Shakespeare’s plays in 37 different languages.
