Horrible Histories was very good. I would recommend it for children aged 5 and over.

There was lots of funny jokes and songs. Queen Elizabeth went around London in a disguise. Her disguise was a pair of sunglasses. On the way, she met a whipping boy and a man who wiped King Henry VIII's bottom!

The actors were very good at changing into different people. King Charles sings a very good song with disco lights about bringing back Christmas. The actors take turns to tell the stories. They have clothes on either side of the stage.

A girl from the audience goes up on stage to try on the clothes. They put her in stocks and children in the theatre throw fruit at her. Dick Turpin squirts a water pistol at us. The audience laughed lots and there was lots of children.

The programme has lots of stuff to do in it and facts about Britain which is in the show. I think it is suitable for any age as well as adults. They laughed lots too. I would go again and see it and have fun. It was cool.

My name is Jessica Brooke Holland and I am six.
