Backstage at the Royal Opera House with Corinne Winters

The soprano opens in ”Così fan tutte” this week

We went backstage at the Royal Opera House to chat with Corinne Winters about making her debut at the venue in Così fan tutte.

American soprano Winters plays Fiordiligi in Jan Philipp Gloger's production, and will also return later in the season as Violetta in La traviata.

Winters grew up in Frederick, Maryland, and studied at the Peabody Conservatory, Towson University and the Academy of Vocal Arts, Philadelphia. Her previous credits include Mimì in La bohème for English National Opera.

Così fan tutte runs at the Royal Opera House on select dates from 22 September to 19 October 2016. It will also be broadcast to cinemas on Monday 17 October, click here for more information.
