Rehearsal photos have been released showing the cast of East is East in preparation for its opening at Trafalgar Studios next month.

Sam Yates' production stars Jane Horrocks as Ella Khan and Ayub Khan Din as George Khan.

Ayub Khan Din's play, which was made into a successful 1999 film starring Om Puri and Linda Bassett, looks at the tensions in a family in Salford.

It runs from 4 October 2014 to 3 January 2015.
