Tom Burke will star as the Marquis de Posa in the upcoming production of Schiller's Don Carlos, which opens at Exeter Northcott this month before transferring to NST City and Rose Theatre Kingston.

Directed by Gadi Roll, the show follows a ruling family embroiled in conflict. We went into the first day of rehearsals to have a chat with some of the cast and find out more about the show.

The show, which is a co-production between Exeter Northcott, the Rose and Nuffield Southampton Theatres in association with new theatre company Ara, has set and costume design by Rosanna Vize with lighting design by Jonathan Samuels.
