Raise a glass to the new choir members!

Exclusive: The award-nominated musical The Choir of Man has announced casting for its first UK and Ireland tour.
The production will open at New Wimbledon Theatre on 14 March before touring nationwide until 5 December. You can see a full list of tour dates confirmed today here, with more to be revealed.
Created by Nic Doodson and Andrew Kay, and directed by Doodson, the show recently closed in London after playing over 1000 performances at the Arts Theatre – where it received an Olivier nomination for Best Entertainment or Comedy Play.
Featuring a cast of nine performers, the piece combines harmonies, singalongs, tap dance and storytelling, with music from artists including Queen, Adele, Paul Simon, Avicii and Katy Perry. Audience members are also offered free beer during the performance.
The cast is composed of Gustav Melbardis as Maestro, Oluwalonimi (Nimi) Owoyemi as Poet, Levi Tyrell Johnson as Hard Man, Ben Mabberley as Joker, Rob Godfrey as Beast, Jack Skelton as Handyman, Joshua Lloyd as Barman, Sam Walter as Romantic and Aaron Pottenger as Bore, with Sam Ebenezer (The Mousetrap), Jared Leathwood (Billionaire Boy), Niall Woodson (Frankie’s Guys) and Lewis Dragisic (Twelfth Night) as swings.
The creative team also features Jack Blume (musical supervision, vocal arrangements and orchestrations), Freddie Huddleston (movement direction and choreography), Ben Norris (monologues), Oli Townsend (scenic design), Richard Dinnen (lighting design), Verity Sadler (costume and co-scenic design), Sten Severson (sound design) and Debbie O’Brien (casting).
The tour is produced by HH Productions, Nic Doodson, Andrew Kay, Global Creative and Kenny Wax.
