Sheffield Theatres announces A Doll’s House cast

Sheffield Theatres has revealed casting for the upcoming production of A Doll’s House.

As previously reported, Chris Bush (Standing at the Sky’s Edge) has adapted the Henrik Ibsen classic, which will run at the Crucible Theatre from 21 September to 12 October 2024 (with a press night set for 26 September).

Elin Schofield directs a cast that includes Aaron Anthony (The Motive and the Cue) as Dr Rank, Eben Figueiredo (Cyrano de Bergerac) as Krogstad, Tom Glenister (Chariots of Fire) as Torvold, Siena Kelly (Adult Material) as Nora, Mel Lowe (Standing at the Sky’s Edge) as Anna/Pianist, and Eleanor Sutton (Wuthering Heights) as Christina.

Bush and Schofield reunite after their previous collaborations on Rock/Paper/Scissors and Standing at the Sky’s Edge.

The creative team also includes designer Chiara Stephenson, movement director Ahmed Hamad, lighting designer Richard Howell, composer Nicola T Chang, sound designer Tingying Dong, casting director Bryony Jarvis-Taylor, assistant director Yanni Ng and vocal coach Anna McSweeney.
