Shakespeare's Globe announces new Globe on Screen season

Five productions including ”The Duchess of Malfi” starring Gemma Arterton will be shown in cinemas across the UK in 2015

Productions including The Duchess of Malfi starring Gemma Arterton will be shown across UK cinemas as part of Shakespeare's Globe fifth On Screen season in 2015.

The production, which ran in the new Sam Wanamaker Playhouse earlier this year, will be screened on 26 February 2015, and will be joined by Titus Andronicus (26 March), Julius Caesar (30 April), Antony & Cleopatra (4 June) and The Comedy of Errors (25 June).

The new season will be screened in cinemas throughout the UK as well as in selected locations across North America, Australasia and Europe. Tickets will go on sale in January.
