Party Skills For the End of the World
Party Skills For the End of the World
Theatremakers Nigel Barrett, Louise Mari and Abigail Conway's production Party Skills For the End of the World opened at the Manchester International Festival last year and has been re-imagined for a run at Shoreditch Town Hall this February. The piece is a playful exploration of ideas about apocalypse and the global anxiety that we are facing the end of the world , inviting audiences to consider the world in which we live, our place in it, and what might come of us when the devastation comes. It is also a party and a celebration of what makes life worth living. To mark the opening we asked them to put together a scientific* questionnaire to provoke you to think about how you might deal with the end of the world.

Good luck!

*Not scientific at all

Seven hundred and ninety five million people on the planet do not have enough food, while, in the
developed world, swathes of the population are feverishly stockpiling in preparation for The End Of
The World As We Know It.

We are all going to die.

Let us prepare.

Are you ready?

Party Skills for the End of the World runs at Shoreditch Town Hall from 13 to 24 February.
