A new Edinburgh Fringe show will see West End leading ladies Janie Dee (Follies, Hello Dolly!), Danielle Hope (Over the Rainbow, Grease), Ria Jones (Sunset Boulevard, Cats) and Claire Sweeney (Chicago, Legally Blonde) performing much loved-songs from musicals and modern pop classics.

The show, Don't Tell Me Not To Fly, comes to the McEwan Hall from 4 to 27 August, and celebrates women in musical theatre. Each of the four performers will appear on separate days and their performances will be accompanied by funny anecdotes and personal stories throughout the run.

Dee will perform from 4 to 6 August, Sweeney will perform from 7 to 13 August, Danielle Hope will perform from 14 to 20 August and Ria Jones will perform from 21 to 27 August.

The production is directed by Kate Golledge and the performances will be accompanied by live piano and projections.
