The West End production of Tartuffe will offer all house seats at a price of £25 for the remainder of its run for midweek performances, it has been announced.

Adapted from Molière's classic piece by Christopher Hampton (Les Liaisons Dangereuses), the show is set in present-day LA and follows a French media tycoon who has fallen under the spell of a seductive evangelist.

The piece stars Paul Anderson (Peaky Blinders) alongside Audrey Fleurot, George Blagden and Sebastian Roché, and alternatives between English with French surtitles, and French with English surtitles.

Producer Oliver King said: "Our production's interpretation of Moliere's classic script is dividing audiences and critics alike. We want as many people as possible to join in the debate, and as such, we have taken the radical step of offering audiences the chance to enjoy all seats for midweek performances at £25, when booked online via the theatre's website or in person at the box office."

Tartuffe is designed by Andrew D Edwards with composition by Laurent Petitgand, lighting design by Paul Anderson and sound design by David Gregory.
