Lin-Manuel Miranda and John Kander have collaborated on the latest Hamildrop, which was released last night.

Entitled "Cheering For Me Now", the song is a love letter to New York and has been specially composed by Kander, whose credits include Chicago and Cabaret. It has lyrics and is performed by Miranda, who is also slated to star in a new revival of Hamilton in Puerto Rico.

The performance is accompanied by an orchestra, conducted by Hamilton's Alex Lacamoire.

Hamildrops have been released every month since last December, with previous highlights including a mashup of Dear Evan Hansen's "You Will Be Found" and "The Story of Tonight", a draft version of "First Burn" and Sara Bareilles performing "Theodosia Reprise".
