Production photos have been released for the upcoming production of The Country Wife which opens at Southwark Playhouse.

Directed by Luke Fredericks, the production revives of William Wycherley's 17th century piece, reimagined for a 1920s London context. It follows a number of debauched and promiscuous relationships, and the show's cast includes Eddie Eyre (EastEnders), Siubhan Harrison (Working) and Nancy Sullivan (The Beggar's Opera). Eyre plays Horner, who pretends to be a eunuch so that he can sleep with men's wives.

It has set and costume design by Stewart Charlesworth, movement direction by Heather Douglas, casting by Verity Naughton and lighting design by Sam Waddington.

The Country Wife runs at Southwark Playhouse until 21 April.
