A new festival celebrating Beckett's work through theatre, music and visual art will run at the Print Room at the Coronet.

Beckett in London will run at the theatre from 17 May to 5 June and includes plays such as The End, First Love and The Beckett Trilogy (Molloy, Malone Dies and The Unnamable).

Music shows include Here All Night, which premiered in 2013 at Brighton Festival. Actor Conor Lovett will be joined by an ensemble of international musicians and singers to perform text and music by Beckett interwoven with original music by Cleansed (National Theatre) music director Paul Clark. Hello Sam, an audio-visual art installation by Irish artist Brian O’Doherty will accompany the performance.

The festival will also offer a public conversation series on Beckett's influence on theatre, music and visual art. The visial art talk will be curated by Dr. Derval Tubridy and explores the relationship between Samuel Beckett and contemporary art, whilst the theatre discussion will be led by playwright and actor Tim Crouch.

The festival is in collaboration with Print Room at the Coronet and Gare St Lazare Ireland.
