Michael Ball, Katie Brayben, John Dagleish, Elaine Paige and Clive Rowe have joined the line-up for The Oliviers In Concert, with the BBC Concert Orchestra.

They join the previously announced Daniel Evans and Maria Friedman with more artists to be announced in the New Year.

The concert, which takes place at the Southbank Centre on Monday 25 January 2016, will be staged by Friedman and Tim Jackson and will feature a selection of songs from musicals accompanied by the 70-strong BBC Concert Orchestra, alongside a 100-strong choir comprising of students from Arts Educational Schools London.

Talking about the concert, Maria Friedman said: "It’s a real thrill to be working with such a talented cast of musical theatre legends and an absolute treat to be joined on stage by the wonderful BBC Concert Orchestra."

The Oliviers In Concert will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3 and will be available afterwards for 30 days via BBC iPlayer Radio.
