The one-off evening at the London Hippodrome will raise funds for the Terrence Higgins Trust

Beverley Knight, Matt Cardle and cast will perform at the charity evening

Beverley Knight and Matt Cardle are to headline Live from Memphis, a charity evening in aid of the Terrence Higgins Trust.

The show at the London Hippodrome will feature a live band and a variety of material, as well as a few surprises and a silent auction.

Beverley Knight said: "As a long time supporter of Terrence Higgins Trust, I am delighted that myself and my fellow Memphis cast members have this opportunity to raise money for the charity, while having a fantastic time! This will be a night to treasure."

Matt Cardle added: "I'm excited to join my fellow Memphis cast members for what will be a great night of live music to help raise much needed funds for THT. I share their vision of a world where sexual health is a priority for everyone and people with HIV live healthy lives, free from prejudice and discrimination."

Founded in 1982, Terrence Higgins Trust was the first charity in the UK to be set up in response to the AIDs epidemic and has been at the forefront of the fight against HIV ever since. The Trust leads public and political support for HIV and sexual health issues, and campaigns to eradicate stigma and discrimination.

Terrence Higgins Trust, executive director external affairs, Shaun Griffin said: "We are thrilled that Beverley has chosen Terrence Higgins Trust as the beneficiary of Live from Memphis. Beverley has been a long time supporter of our work, and we are forever indebted to her generosity."

Live from Memphis will be at the London Hippodrome on 24 September 2015. For further information click here.
