Lou Henry

Lou Henry is a British actor, singer and dancer from Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. She trained at the Musical Theatre Academy in London before landing her breakthrough role as Katherine Howard in the 2023–24 UK and international tour of Six the Musical, a part she took on from April 2023. The role earned her a WhatsOnStage Award nomination for Best Professional Debut. She has since joined the international tour of Sting’s The Last Ship, directed by Leo Warner, which played venues across Europe in early 2026.
