Richard Navarro

Using live looping, Richard seamlessly layers together vocals, violin, trumpet, percussion and piano to create powerful arrangements alongside Nicholas Thurston on double bass. As a songwriter, Richard’s songs tackle subjects as diverse as expensive first-dates, Facebook and the debt crisis. Working alongside Mercury award-winning producer Charlie Andrew (Alt-J/Madness), tracks from Richard’s latest album ‘Along the Lines’ have gained airplay on BBC Radio 2, BBC Local Radio and various radio stations in the USA.
