Our Day Out

A class of tearaways from an inner-city comprehensive and their teachers on an end of term trip out. An attempt to give the kids fun at Alton Towers is waylaid to an educational trip to Conwy Castle! The trip leaves a wake of destruction and turmoil. Originally produced as a TV play in 1976. A musical journey illustrating the joys and agonies of being a teenager and free from school. Rewritten in 1996 for 90s Coventry.
