Dad’s Army

Those halcyon days of peace and happiness were quickly drawing to a close as dark clouds of war loomed over the horizon. Little did the dads of Britain think that they would be a real threat to Hitler’s plans of invasion, but they were. They became Dad’s Army. Dad’s Army features members of The Nostalgics Concert Party and sets out to reflect on those days through song and narrative. It takes a light-hearted look at the humour, the sadness, the courage and personal relationships shared by both men and women, helping them through the darkness to joyous victory.
