“We are gathered his today to celebrate the life of Ray Geraldo Usher…a respected member of the West End community”. Today is Ray Usher’s funeral. Ray was otherwise known as ‘Second Chief Wendy’ amongst his West End associates at the Palace Theatre…that was of course until he disappeared after the Palace Theatre Christmas party, 1999. Organised by his closest relative, Bernie, Ray’s funeral brings together faces and other Wendy’s from Ray’s past. These candid characters are brought together for the first time in decades and are all obsessed with one thing – an event that occurred on the night of the Palace Theatre Christmas party!
