Empress Bloody Mary

Empress Mary, in the far future, rules a realm of many star systems. But she’s losing the planet she cares for most, her husband is missing in the war to defend it, and the son she believes she’s carrying isn’t kicking.

Devastated, she goes into a trance and recalls a life in the past very similar to the one now – where as Mary Tudor she lost France, had a phantom pregnancy, and everything she worked for was undone. On the verge of breaking down as bad news mounts, she resolves to make better decisions this time: make peace, save her realm and preserve her legacy.
