In a world where nothing is as it seems, Francis tries to find answers for a turn of shocking events, but the mysterious Dr Caligari and his strange sleep walking captive are hard to pin down… Combining mime, poetry, lipsync and a dark and twisted visual style, this promises to be a vibrant and relevant new interpretation for our mad times.

Innovative physical theatre company Project Lockout (Charlie Hartill 2019 Shortlist Company) collaborate with Fringe First Winner Marika McKennell (E8, The North Wall and The Pleasance) on a gripping and vital retelling of the hugely influential German Expressionist classic Silent Film.
