About the Show
Friends’ evenings used to be a regular feature of our activities in our old theatre in Canonbury, so we are delighted to announce that the tradition is being revived in our new home in Stoke Newington. The first will be a rehearsed reading of the play Barmitzvah Boy by Jack Rosenthal, adapted for radio by Amy Rosenthal. It’s the heart-warming story of a young Jewish boy, Eliot Green, who is not sure if he can cope with his Bar Mitzvah even though his parents have poured their efforts and money into it!
