The Moon Hares

The children of the village are forbidden from going out at night and have never seen the moon. One day a new teacher arrives in town and discovers a dark secret, if you dare to look at the moon you’ll turn into a hare until morning. Will the children dare to disobey the rules for an adventure and look at the moon? Join us to discover the magic that lies within the village….

The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment (OAE), brings four singers, twenty musicians and a whole lot of energy to this theatrical production of The Moon Hares. Children and young people from schools in King’s Lynn as well as community groups from across West Norfolk join OAE as the chorus, playing a key role in the narrative of the story.
